		<description><![CDATA[When I learned of your anxiety I was speechless! I was always the anxious one and seemed to look up to you for your lack of it. In battling with this enemy, I&#039;ve learned that Z is right! You have to talk through things. I have to orally play out worse case scenarios and things of the like. In some way, this helps me. Maybe because if the worse happens, I&#039;ve prepared for it in some kind of way and if the outcome is positive, well then I&#039;ve prepared for that too. I appreciate you posting flight anxiety tips. Being that traveling to Maryland was my first flight in years, I&#039;ve developed a slight fear of flying myself. This article certainly helped me!]]></description>
