We live in a world where nearly half of all marriages fail. Why aren't we talking about it? Marriage is not easy. As a matter of fact, it's difficult. Anyone that suggests otherwise is lying to you. Why would they do that? I'm not sure. Maybe they're overly optimistic, or maybe they're trying to sell you something. We don't have an answer for that, but we do have a proposed solution. We promise to write honestly about our journeys, whether that means we're broken or full of joy. The married community needs this.

If we're open about our struggles, we can encourage each other. If we ask for help, we can find it. If we share the joy we find in the little things, we can give each other reasons to keep trying. Wedshock is for marriage.
